Dr. B V Balachandar is a highly experienced Emergency and Critical Care Specialist and a seasoned Healthcare Consultant, bringing over two decades of hands-on clinical and leadership expertise to the field of advanced patient care.

An alumnus of JIPMER, Puducherry, Dr. Balachandar has spent more than 15 years managing complex emergency and critical care scenarios in high-acuity hospital settings.

Beyond bedside care, Dr. Balachandar is a NABH-certified Quality & Safety Consultant and a Healthcare Management professional (IIM Bangalore – GMHE). He has led quality accreditation initiatives, digital health transformations, and care-delivery redesigns across multiple healthcare institutions. His work consistently bridges the gap between clinical excellence, patient safety, and system efficiency.

His understanding of protocols, monitoring standards, escalation pathways, and multidisciplinary coordination ensures that critically ill patients receive reliable, compassionate, and evidence-based care at home—without compromising on safety or outcomes.

Palliative & Chronic care expert

Dr. M. Srinivasan is a dedicated and compassionate medical professional with over 8 years of clinical experience spanning pediatrics, neonatal and intensive care, emergency medicine, occupational health, geriatric care, and palliative care. He holds an MBBS degree from Pondicherry University .

His clinical journey includes extensive work in PICU and NICU, emergency and trauma care, workplace health management, and end-of-life care for elderly patients. Known for his calm approach and ethical practice, Dr. Srinivasan believes in delivering holistic, patient-centred care with empathy and dignity.
